Renaissance Tennis Management Ltd. is a separate business division of Renaissance Management, which is based in Malta. RTM operates out of The Bahamas, with affiliates and a network throughout the world in major cities.
Renaissance was created to give young tennis players an opportunity to live their dreams and play professional tennis. A player like Benjamin Becker started with RTM with no money and no points. We all know what happened to him and to our delight he’s ranked #40 as of the current rankings.
We have guided and developed the careers of professional tennis players who exhibited the ability to become a top 20 or better player in the professional tennis world.

CHANGES 2010
RTM has changed and created a new direction for our company for many reasons: The economic difficulties facing the world have made sports marketing a business where only the very top players can receive large sponsorships.
With this in mind, RTM is now representing coaches as well as players. We’ve created new and innovative ways of marketing so we can branch out and represent athletes in special ways to create new financial opportunities.

2012
A new tennis project is on the planning boards to open in November, 2012. It will include an exclusive tennis club as well as a tennis school to build champions.

We have reduced our team to a very limited amount of players because we only want real winners. Players who will listen and learn, and then go out on the court and do it! It takes a lot of hard work to do business in today’s world and many players have recently been eliminated from our roster because they cannot win.
Winning is not a sometime thing, it's an all time thing. You don't win once in a while, you don't do things right once in a while, you do them right all the time. Winning is a habit.
Renaissance is composed of individuals who have become successful in their individual careers at a high level of excellence and know how to win. We believe that success breeds success.
Unlike the larger athletic management companies, IMG, Octagon, Lagardere, Best, who sign many players and hope that a few make it, RTM can only devote the personal attention required to build winners to those who win. Nobody remembers who comes in second.
