How we operate

Anyone who has been or is currently on RTM’s team were all players who excelled and wanted to go further in their tennis careers. Our players are carefully evaluated on their tennis skills by leading coaches, scouts from manufacturers, physical, and mental professionals.

Once accepted onto our team, a player begins a new phase of their careers, stressing those things that are missing and can improve their careers.

Players on our team all moved up in their rankings from our efforts, motivation, belief, and sometimes investment of our money. Ivo Karlovic, Benni Becker, Sergiy Stakhovsky, Gael Monfils, are some and they all participated in a professional and regimented schedule training & working to make them a champion.

Finding and building a team and getting a player onto the road levels is part of our management skills beginning at a junior level with some of our team.

Traveling and playing to win at the tournament not just show up to play. How to budget, plan, and spend their moneys and make tennis their career for the next ten years.

Great players need a great team behind them and it’s our first objective to help the player with their team and make them a winner. Each player’s schedule and goals are determined by the player and coach, and discussed and decided what is best for the player, and not just in a short time.

Our players are expected to perform and meet the goals set forth for them at the beginning of the year up until they reach that plateau. Then, depending upon results they move to the next level until the big show.

Renaissance helps you identify and build an image of yourself, your game, your individual talents, your weapons and most of all your lifetime goal.

We represent you in your best interests. Renaissance stimulates your off court persona and career by selecting which companies endorse and sponsor you. The tennis industry has changed and only the players who win consistently are getting the endorsement and sponsorships. Winning is what it’s all about in tennis just like life.

As a Renaissance player you can concentrate on your game and we concentrate on the other parts of your career. All of this is covered in our management agreement.
